What is Grandparents Day?
Four decades ago, President Carter officially announced Grandparents Day. Since then, the day has been designated to celebrate the contributions of grandparents, to allow grandparents to express their love to their grandchildren, and to remind grandchildren of the wisdom and guidance their elders can offer. To help your little ones play their part in showing Grandma or Grandpa how much they’re loved and appreciated, we’ve developed 2 free Grandparents Day printables.
